Overall the distribution was fairly even, meaning no one bottle was heavily favored over the others with the exception of the Single Oak Project which has not been sold since June 13th. Below is a quick summary for each limited release offered at the Buffalo Trace Distillery.
Blanton’s – Blanton’s was released the most in July and follows up that performance with a tie for being release the second most, 8 times, in August. It was released back-to-back only once during the month, Sunday the 8th and on Monday the 9th. It also continues to go with the least number of days before being sold again, 6 days was the longest streak in August. This seems to be a theme as Blanton’s has been sold more than any other limited release so far for the year with a present count of 64 times.
Eagle Rare – Eagle Rare was sold 10 times, more than any other product in August. Two times during the month it was released on back-to-back days. The first occurrence being on the morning of the 3rd and the next day on the 4th with the second time taking place on the afternoon of the 13th and the next morning on the 14th.
E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch – E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch continues to get the least amount of love as it was only sold 7 times in August. This was sold the least number of times compared to the other limited releases and is a trend that continues for a second month in a row.
W.L. Weller Special Reserve – W.L. Weller Special Reserve was sold 8 times in August, tied for the second most. This continues be the second most sold product for the year with a count of 63 times as of the end of August.

Note that these figures include two days where two products were sold which is why the total adds up to 33 instead of 31. Also note that the bottle sold the next day was the same as the afternoon release from the previous day both times this occurred.
