    1. I understand what you are saying but we had so many people asking to track the “sold out time” we had to give it a shot. We appreciate you visiting and hope you continue to come back! Cheers!

      1. Do they vary the number of bottles available daily or is it that if you are in line and eligible, you get a bottle?

  1. Where are the predictions for tomorrow?
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Go back to the “old” way.

    1. The distillery stops selling their daily allocated bottle before closing at 5:00 PM almost every day. For example, they stopped selling EH Taylor today at 11:15 AM. People have ask us to track the times which is what your are viewing on that post.

  2. Great idea! Love the stats – everything you need to know to plan in just a few clicks. Good work !

  3. Thank you very much for the information! I sincerely appreciate your efforts to provide this!

  4. I’m from Minnesota and spent a week in Kentucky in mid-May, visiting a lot of distilleries. My wife and I waited in line at Buffalo Trace on 3 different days, arriving 45 minutes to an hour before they opened at 9am. From my perspective, the information you’re providing in this new posting is very helpful. I did a lot of searching prior to our trip on the best approach to scoring allocated bourbon at BT, and it was disappointing as to the limited, and sometimes incorrect information that is out there. Keep up the good work; it helps.

  5. The sold out time must also be a result of the number of bottles that are available each day. Is there a sense of the variation in the number of bottles that might be made available any given day. For example, EHT sold out on a Tuesday at 10:49 yet on a Friday it sold out at 3:55; Blanton’s 3:50 on a Saturday and on a Tuesday 12:43.

    1. Here is what I experienced on May 12, 2023. It was a Col. Taylor day. We bought our bottles and went on our tour. After the tasting, I saw a staffer wheeling out more full carts near the full back bar of Colonel. I expressed surprise at the volume. He said the amount varies each day and he was also surprised of the huge quantity they had that day. On Jan. 21, 2023, it was a Blanton’s day. The staff pulled some bottles for the tour group after the tasting just to make sure everyone was able to get some because the catch-of-the-day sold out quickly downstairs in the gift shop.

  6. I have a tour tomorrow at 10am, and advice on what time to show up and is there a different line?

    1. It is all the same line but they will come around and make annoucements and take people out of line if you are registered for an upcoming tour. I would suggest you get in line by 8:45 so you not only make your tour but are also able to purchase the allocated bottle of the day before going on your tour. You will be amazed at how incredibly efficient their system is,
