This item is eligible for purchase if you haven’t purchased the same bottle since December 16, 2024, in accordance with the Buffalo Trace 90-day rule. The allocated brands sold at the distillery include Weller Special Reserve, Eagle Rare, E.H. Taylor Small Batch, and Blanton’s Single Barrel. Visitors can purchase multiple brands, but must wait 90 days before buying a second bottle of the same brand.
Traveller Whiskey, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Sazerac Rye, Wheatley Vodka, and Bourbon Cream are also shown as available.

Went to BT 3/17/25 and picked up Weller and EH Taylor. someone said the second allocated bottle wouldn’t count against the 90 day rule. Is this an official BT policy? No mention was made to us at checkout.
They won’t tell you at checkout unless you ask. The mention of bottles being jail free seem pretty reliable!
