By state law, 9 liters per customer. Equals 12 x 750ml bottles.
So will this chart be reassessed headed into February? Tuesdays are the lowest projected day for drops, and the first 2 Tuesdays have been CYPB and W12
Yes, we are using every month to increase the sample size to help generate the best likelihood of a release. The distillery has been dropping special releases more frequently over the past year (laws changed), so we should be getting more data points to help. We are also tracking days of bourbon importance like Bottle in Bond Bay, Elmer T Lee’s birthday, Fathers Day, etc. That Tuesday really threw us off guard, kudos to the distillery for mixing it up!
