Today was a big one at Buffalo Trace Distillery as E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof hit the gift shop as the special release. This uncut, unfiltered favorite is bottled straight from the barrel and packed with bold caramel, oak, and spice. When Barrel Proof shows up, it doesn’t last long, making today a win for anyone lucky enough to grab a bottle.
Not even worth trying to get for the common individual. All these paid people & resellers camping out & buying up what very little product BT typically has on hand for these “limited” releases.
Not true at all, my wife and I went and stood in line for 15 minutes and I got one. My wife forgot her driver’s license and I went all the way to the road to get it and she was still able to get a bottle, when we were leaving there were still 50-60 bottles left!
We got there at 9:30 and there were still more than 40 bottles. I would not give up the special releases. I did hear they ran out at 10:30
